GOOD HAIR BY AMY – BUSINESS POLICY
ORDERS & PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment reflects. Wigs from available stock also have a 5-7 day lead time as they are customized and styled before dispatch. Custom-made wigs may take 7-14 business days before shipping.
DELIVERY
We use The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd for all deliveries. Delivery Fee: R99 (Around Gauteng) R129: Other Provinces R300: High Risk Areas. You’ll receive a waybill number (TCG…) once your parcel has been dispatched.
Insurance
An optional insurance fee of 3% of the total order value applies. It is the customer’s responsibility to request insurance and cover this cost. Good Hair By Amy will not be held liable for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Estimated Delivery Time
• 2-5 business days (main areas)
• 3-7 business days (outlying areas)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For hygiene and quality reasons, no returns or exchanges are allowed on wigs that have been:
• Worn or tampered with
• Lace cut
• Dyed, bleached, or altered in any way
Returns are accepted only if:
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Once received, the product will be inspected before a refund is processed. Refunds are issued within 10 business days if the hair is returned in its original condition.
Note
• Use a reliable courier when returning items — we are not responsible for lost returns.
• Courier fees are non-refundable
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.PAYMENTS

Instant EFT (PayFast)
All payments are securely processed.
PRIVACY (POPIA)
Your personal information is used only to process orders and deliveries. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.
